Buying a drone and obtaining the license with a permission to fly commercially was one of the best investments made while doing the property photography professionally. A drone is a great tool for showing the location, surrounding area, size of the property but also fantastic help in the situations where it was impossible to take nice external photos. Aerial photography is also my hobby as I love flying the drone, I can feel like a bird and see the world from above…

Being licensed and having permission to fly commercially and fly safely is a technical part of aerial photography. The more creative part is to see the angles and take photos from different perspective, which show the real potential of the property. Aerial photography has a big impact in property photography, helps the estate agents to succeed and sell the property faster.
