Nice venue, decoration, music, red carpet and professional photographer… What a joy to photograph college students looking smart and dressed up. A large studio setup added to the atmosphere of all prom nights and made the students feel even more special.

Living in a small little town full of talented people and artists where theatres, galleries and streets were crowded brought me an opportunity to take a part to photograph some of the dance shows. Incredible what people can achieve and how they can work together to perform on the stage.

Being involved in theatre plays gave me the opportunity to see the shows not just from the audience point of view, but also feel the real atmosphere of the theatre. Taking the part as the main photographer I also photographed the rehearsals, met talented actors and watched them preparing . What a fantastic experience…

Whether it was a birthday party, wedding anniversary, family gathering, christening or commercial events I was hired to capture the atmosphere of the event plus provide the customers photos of people, families and friends, who haven’t seen each other for a long time. Weekends and evenings spent photographing events plus processing the photos, but it was worth it.

I was hired to photograph a swimming competition at Millfield school in Street, which was taking place over the 4 weekends. Many British champions came out from this school and I was delighted and honoured at the same time to be hired. Hundreds of swimmers photographed, 5000 photographs taken, and tons of hours spent in postproduction… Well, it was a hard work I have to say, but a great experience to get a feel of what sport photography involves.
